Delete your Inspecta account
Inspecta accounts belong to hotel staff and are created by the hotel. You can have your account deleted in either of these ways:
Option 1 — ask your hotel
Ask your manager or the hotel’s Inspecta administrator. They can delete your account straight away from Admin → Staff → Delete. Your login stops working immediately.
Option 2 — ask us
Email abhicjoji@gmail.com with:
- your username,
- the name of your hotel,
- and that you want your account deleted.
We will check the request with your hotel and delete the account within 30 days, then confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, username, role and login.
- Your password data and every device login.
What the hotel may keep
Work records you took part in — for example, that you inspected room 204 on a given day — belong to the hotel and stay in its history and reports, with your name, for as long as the hotel keeps those records. Room photos are always deleted automatically after 1 to 7 days. To ask for these records to be deleted too, contact your hotel or write to us.
Delete some of your data without deleting your account
You can also ask us to delete particular data — for example a photo, a note or your name on certain records — and keep your account:
- Email abhicjoji@gmail.com with your username, your hotel and what you want deleted (for example “the photos I took on 3 March” or “my name on room records”).
- We check the request with your hotel and delete the data within 30 days, then confirm by email.
- Records your hotel must keep for its own operations may be kept with your name replaced, so the hotel’s history still adds up.
How long data is kept
- Room and repair photos: deleted automatically after 1 to 7 days (set by your hotel).
- Your account: until it is deleted by your hotel or on request (within 30 days).
- Hotel work records: while the hotel uses Inspecta; deleted on the hotel’s request when it stops.
